§ 1 Hotel Zamek Centrum accepts the order for hotel services in the scope of accommodation, catering and other services
§ 2 The basis for the realization by the Hotel of services in the scope of accommodation, catering and other services will be detailed orders placed by the Clients before the beginning of the event. Orders may be placed in writing, by fax, e-mail or orally by telephone.
§ 3 Hotel Zamek reserves the right to refuse to accept an order in case of lack of vacancies.
§ 4 After the travel agency makes the reservation, the hotel confirms the reservation and at the same time provides the prices for the ordered services.
§ 5 For the services provided, Hotel Zamek charges the prices specified in the price list of services. Hotel Zamek reserves the right to raise prices
§ 6 Hotel Zamek may require full prepayment or advance payment in the amount agreed with the Client.§ 8 The client may cancel or limit the order without compensation, provided that the deadlines agreed with Hotel Zamek are observed. All cancellations or changes shall be made in writing, the date of receipt of the letter by Hotel Zamek being decisive.
§ 9 In case of early departure or non-use of ordered services the Client shall compensate Hotel Zamek for incurred losses, unless this situation occurred through the fault of Hotel Zamek.
§ 10 Check-in time is from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m.
§ 11 If any party is unable to meet its obligations due to obstacles resulting from force majeure, then the liability of the party for damage is excluded.
